conflict start

Conflict at work is not always loud. Sometimes it is two people who used to build well together and now barely speak. Sometimes it is a slow leak of trust that no one can quite point to.

Whatever shape it has taken, you can feel where the energy is going — and it is not going to the work.  We want to say one thing plainly before you go further: carrying a conflict to a page like this is not a small thing.

It usually means you have already tried the obvious paths. We are not going to hand you the obvious paths again.  Tell us which situation is closest to yours. We will take it from there.

"When two elephants fight, it is the grass that suffers."

— African proverb

Which of these is closest to the situation you're carrying?

Which feels closest to yours right now?
