Conflict i'm a party

Coming to a page like this when you are one of the two people in the conflict takes a particular kind of honesty. 

You are not arriving as a neutral observer. You are arriving willing to look at your own part in something that is not working.

We want to be clear: that is not the weaker position. It is the stronger one. 

The work is not about deciding who is right. It is about each person seeing their own pattern under pressure — and recognising that the other person has one too.

It tends to be hard in the early going and unmistakable in its results later. What makes it work is that nobody is asked to be the villain or the hero. Both people are just asked to see clearly.
