Here is how conflict work is built.
It is bilateral by design — both people do the work, alongside each other, across a full year, with quarterly sessions that include both of them and structured individual reflection in between.
The work is built on the Strength Deployment Inventory — SDI — a methodology trusted for fifty years. For conflict, it does something specific: it lets each person see their own conflict sequence — how they show up when things go sideways — and see that the other person has one too.
It is confidential, dignified, and deliberately slow. A conflict that took years to form rarely shifts in a quarter.
Before we go further, one question shapes everything: is this between two people, or has it grown to involve more?
“Be patient. Even the longest day has its end.”
— African proverb
